- you WILL need to DOWNLOAD instructed fonts after purchasing. You will want to download these fonts before opening the PDF files.

We would like buyers to pay before the creation process starts to secure your order with us. That way we can get it started.

Returns & Exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Cancellation requests are to be made NO longer than 24 hours after placing your order to receive a refund. Although, If it has been over 24 hours and you are unhappy with your purchase because of it being damaged or something was done the wrong way on our behalf, then we are more than happy to fix it for you or create you something better!
If a package does get lost due to shippings fault, we go through all the steps in getting a full refund, and we will create something new for you and re-ship!
If a package arrives later than you expected and we did everything on our end to get it to you on time but due to weather or shippings fault it does not, there are no refunds, unfortunately. Although we would love to! USPS does not offer refunds if a package arrives to its destination, therefore, we could not offer any refunds.
Please understand our policies :) we cannot control everything :) it is up to you to read and understand these policies!

All creation time for all orders that contain 1-12 balloon gift boxes is currently is 2-3 weeks. Anything over this amount please inquire for creation time. For Bulk orders please inquire for more information, pricing, and creation time.
Please do not wait longer than 3-4 days. It is preferred to POP within 1-2 days.
Creation time for all invitation orders is 4 weeks.
